Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team at U-Fresh Tanzania. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in beverage industry sales. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in beverage industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
